We produce micro-batches of chocolate with meticulous processes that help us highlight the sensory profiles present in the cacao. We offer 4 dark chocolate bars from different Peruvian origins and with varying cocoa percentages. We also have our tasting pack, which includes all 4 bars together, along with an introduction to tasting that explains how to use your 5 senses when tasting chocolate, and a flavor wheel to help identify tasting notes.
